Engagements are scoped per service agreement, with deliverables, timelines and reporting cadence defined at onboarding. Access to marketplace accounts is used solely for the agreed scope of work and can be revoked by the client at any time.
Setup and one-time project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance; unused work in a cancelled month is not carried forward. Ad spend is billed separately and is non-refundable once campaigns go live.
When you are comfortable taking our services, a 50% advance payment is required to begin work on any project we undertake. If you wish to cancel the project, you may do so within 15 days of starting — however, the advance payment made will not be refundable.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Ongoing campaigns and listings are handed over in an agreed transition period so there is no disruption to your marketplace presence.
